How do I choose a frame?

Start with the collection, open a frame you like, and compare its fit, material, measurements, and colour options. Visit the showroom if you want a second opinion.

Can I add prescription lenses?

Choose Prescription ready on the product page and add a note at checkout, or bring your current prescription to the showroom.

What happens after checkout?

We save your order, reduce stock, and show a WhatsApp button so you can send the same order reference to the shop. You pay cash when the frames arrive.

How long does delivery take?

Cairo orders usually leave within two working days. Other governorates take three to five working days. Delivery is free inside Egypt.

Can I return a frame?

Unworn frames can be returned within 14 days. Prescription lenses that were cut to order are not returnable.
